What makes me passionate about coaching?
My philosophy is simple: if you invest in yourself, and the individuals who drive your organization, the path forward will pay dividends on both a personal and financial basis.
In my experience, critical thinking and empathy can be the most powerful combination toward effecting positive change within individuals and organizations. That’s why, as a lover of life; an adamant pursuer of the philosophical "why" and tactical "how" in the journey to improve the lives of others, I approach my work as teaching the whole person.
The best part about my professional life is helping people. As an educator and coach, I come across people from all walks of life. I have seen so many positive transformations –working through a major life decision, professional change, executive management challenge, or simply building a better self and team. Thank you to all my clients who continuously inspire me.
In training and coaching, I draw from 15+ years of higher education leadership and financial services experience. Through both disciplines I have learned to apply critical thinking, a flexible mindset, problem solving, intuition, and analytical frameworks to the situations my clients are working through. I have a deep respect for both the intellectual and emotional components of learning and self-discovery. My goal is to have clients partner with me in a strong results-oriented process that drives visible change!
